How does the Reusable Container Service work?

You purchase the containers full of corn. When you need the containers refilled, we simply replace your empty containers with full ones.

Will I be called the day before my scheduled date to confirm delivery?

Yes. In fact, you will be called two days prior to delivery, because we load our trucks one day in advance.

Do you offer any options for pickup instead of delivery?

Currently no. Since we have several farmers that will be supplying our corn, we don't currently have any one place for individual pickup. But this may change in the future if the demand for it is high.

I haven't recieved my delivery yet, what should I do?

If we experince slow downs or mechanical difficulties, we will call and let you know. Otherwise feel free to call our phone number listed on our logo, or use the Contact Us page and send us an email. We will quickly resolve the matter.

What do I do with all the ash from the burnt corn?

For every bushel of corn, only a small handful of ash is produced. This is one of the reasons corn is much easier to heat your home with. Also, no chimney is required to burn corn, so you never have to worry about a chimney fire.

what if i'm not home when the delivery is made?

If we have your permission in the special delivery instructions in your profile, we'll leave the filled containers in the location of your choice.

what if i need to cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled form the My Account page, by viewing the details of an order, then pressing the Cancel Order button. However, orders cancelled less than 24 hours from the scheduled deliery time, will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
